NOTICE OF A CASUAL VACANCY – 10 SEPTEMBER 2020 Notice is hereby given that a vacancy has occurred in the office of Parish Councillor for Stisted Parish Council. The future shape of local councils in Essex is being discussed, writes Cllr David Finch, the Leader of Essex County Council, with the opportunity to simplify the current system coming soon. Stisted named Class 4 Essex Village of the Year 2019!!!

 ESSEX VILLAGE OF THE YEAR 2019 – CLASS 4 WINNER  Three members of the Parish Council attended the Rural Community Council of Essex (RCCE) Annual General Meeting on the 10th July at the Chelmsford City Racecourse and were shocked and delighted to receive the award for Best Kept Village – Class 4 (population of 500-800).
