Agendas are published approximately a week prior to the date of the meeting on the website and noticeboard. All Agendas include a period for the public to participate in respect of matters that are on the Agenda or are of mutual interest at the beginning of the meeting and again at the end. Each period is for 15 minutes.
Members of the public and press are welcome to attend all meetings.
